| In order to prevent members from totally taking advantage of the Level rankings, there are a series of Guidelines that will place limits on characters and what they can start out being capable of doing.
NOTE: Meta-Human members AKA "Mediums" may start with 1 Combative Psychic Power and 1 General Psychic Power. If you're the Triclops, Jikouteki or a member of the Su-Pa Council, you may start with 1 Combative Psychic Power, and 2 General Psychic Powers. Keep in mind that the ability count, and levels for every rank are still listed below!
The following ranks may start with two Level 9-10 Ability/Weapon Effects, five Level 6-8 Abilities/Weapon Effects, and at most six abilities/weapon effects below Level 6:
- Ethereal the High;Ghost Emperor
The following ranks may start with one Level 9-10 Ability/Weapon Effects, four Level 6-8 Abilities/Weapon Effects, and at most five abilities/weapon effects below Level 6:
- Grand Master
- Triclops
- Demonborn the High
The following Ranks may start with one Level 9-10 Ability/Weapon Effect, two Level 6-8 Abilities/Weapon Effects, and five at most abilities/weapon effects up to Level 5:
- Archduke/Archduchess of Earth
- Archduke/Archduchess of Hell
The following Ranks may start with four Level 6-8 Abilities/Weapon Effects, and four at most abilities/weapon effects up to Level 5:
- S-Rank Para-Ronin
- Archangel
The following Ranks may start with two Level 6-8 Abilities/Weapon Effects, and six (at most) Level 5 abilities/weapon effects: - Keeper of Heavenly Mandate
- His Right Hand
- Messenger of Death
- Preserver of Earth
- Doom Bringer
- Seneschal
- Jinkouteki
- Members of the Su-pa Council
- A-Rank Para-Ronin
- Members of Satannish
The following Ranks may start with one Level 6-8 Ability/Weapon Effect, and seven (at most) Level 5 abilities/weapon effects:
- His Left Hand
- Members of the Board of Advisers
- Marshals
- Masters
The following Ranks may start with ten (up to) Level 4-5 Abilities/Weapon Effects:
- Angel Commanders
- Landlords
- Paladins
The following Ranks may start with eight (up to) Level 4-5 Abilities/Weapon Effects:
- Angels
- Knights/Dames
- B-Rank Para-Ronin
The following Ranks may start with six (up to) Level 4-5 Abilities/Weapon Effects:
- Martyrs
- Druids
- Brutes/Tormenters
- Sergeants
- C-Rank Para-Ronin
The following Ranks may start with three (up to) Level 4-5 Abilities/Weapon Effects and three Level 1-3 abilities/weapon effects:
- Journeymen

- Acolytes
